Job summary

ValuePoint is seeking a Helpdesk professional based in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, India. You will handle desktop and laptop support, printers, scanners, and related hardware/software issues, while generating monthly MIS reports. Strong written and verbal communication is essential for this on-site role.

Candidate should be proficient in Windows and Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting, and have experience with ticketing tools, network/VPN basics, and antivirus/patch management.
