Fidelis Corporate Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer – L1 to provide first-level IT support at Ambattur, Chennai. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist users with Office and email, and resolve basic LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity problems.

The role requires at least 1 year of desktop support experience, good communication, and the ability to create and close IT tickets promptly. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk Support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of hardware, software installation, and IT peripherals.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP connectivity.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsabilités

Location: Ambit IT Park, 8th Floor, 32A & 32B, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai 600058
Experience: 1+ Year
CTC: 24,000 per month
In-Hand Salary: 17,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
Interview Mode: Virtual + Face-to-Face (F2F)
