Job summary

CRUX in Chennai is seeking an IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) to provide technical assistance and customer support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with daily IT operations.

You will gain exposure to inside sales, lead generation, GTM initiatives, and business development while working in shifts from Chennai office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to users and customers.

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required.
• Assist with customer communication and support activities.

IT Support Engineer (L1/L2)

• Job Location: Chennai
• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
• Work Timings: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM IST / 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST
• Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Accommodation Support: ₹5,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our team in Chennai. The role involves providing technical support to customers/users, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and assisting with day-to-day technical operations.

The position also involves exposure to inside sales, lead generation, Go-To-Market (GTM), and business development activities, providing candidates with an opportunity to develop both technical and customer-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to users and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and basic network-related issues.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems within defined timelines.
• Respond to customer/user queries and provide appropriate technical assistance.
• Maintain proper records of technical issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.

• Assist in customer outreach and follow-up activities.
