3i Infotech Limited in Goa, India is seeking an IT Support Specialist to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and device issues. The role covers user support across a wide range of technical challenges and proactive network performance troubleshooting.

You will design and manage LAN/Wi-Fi networks, maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle, conduct asset audits, install software with security best practices, and generate reports to inform data-driven decisions.

• Manage IT-related inventory, ensuring efficient issuance of hardware, software, and accessories to users.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of desktops and network racks.
• Install and configure software with organizational credentials, adhering to security best practices.
• Generate and manage IT-related reports to track progress, identify trends, and support data driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the IT infrastructure and align it with business goals.
• Provide timely updates to senior management on critical IT issues and propose strategic changes to optimise operations.
