Job summary

3i Infotech Limited in Delhi is seeking an IT support professional to troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops and devices. You will provide comprehensive user support for a wide range of technical challenges and oversee network performance, identifying and solving problems to ensure smooth operations.

You will design, implement and manage LAN and wireless networks, maintain asset inventories, conduct audits, and issue IT hardware/software efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices.
• Provide comprehensive IT user support for a wide range of technical challenges.
• Oversee network performance and proactively troubleshoot network problems.
• Design, implement and manage LAN and wireless networks.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, tracking utilization and lifecycle management.
• Conduct regular IT asset audits for accurate records and resource allocation.
• Manage IT-related inventory, ensuring efficient issuance of hardware, software and accessories.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of desktops and network racks.
• Install and configure software with organizational credentials, following security best practices.
• Generate and manage IT reports to track progress and identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT infrastructure and align with business goals.
• Provide timely updates to senior management on critical IT issues and propose strategic changes.
