Job summary

Business Leader in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to handle hands-on hardware work, basic networking, and IT troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and CCTV systems at our CBD Belapur office.

You will assemble/disassemble PCs, install OS, manage AD, and respond to tickets within SLA while coordinating with vendors. Night shifts may be required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of Desktop Support or Hardware Engineer experience.
• Hands-on PC assembly/disassembly and hardware fault finding.
• Windows OS installation and configuration experience.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/IP/DNS/DHCP).
• Familiarity with CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing tools and IT support processes.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners.
• Assemble and disassemble PCs/desktops and components.
• Fix RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, and power supply issues.
• Install OS and apply updates/patches (Windows/Mac).
• Handle basic networking setup and cabling.
• Manage users and access via Active Directory.
• Install/troubleshoot CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
• Set up new employee workstations.
• Log and resolve IT tickets within SLA.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs/replacements.
• Ensure antivirus and backups, system security compliance.

Looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who's great with hands-on hardware work, networking basics, and troubleshooting. You'll support desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment including PC assembling/disassembling and basic CCTV camera support at our CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai office.

What You'll Do

• Install & troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners
• Assemble and disassemble PCs/desktops (hardware components, cabinets, peripherals)
• Fix hardware issues RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, power supply
• Install OS, apply updates & patches (Windows/Mac)
• Handle basic networking LAN, IP setup, Wi‑Fi, cabling
• Manage users & access via Active Directory
• Install & troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems
• Set up new employee workstations
• Log & resolve IT tickets within SLA
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs/replacements
• Ensure antivirus, backups & system security compliance

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years' experience as Desktop Support / Hardware Engineer
• Hands‑on experience in PC assembling & disassembling
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
• Windows OS installation & configuration experience
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/IP/DNS/DHCP)
• Basic CCTV camera & DVR/NVR installation knowledge

• Willing to work from office; flexible for night shift as per requirement

Good to Have

• CompTIA A+ / N+ / MCP certification
• Experience with US/UK/International clients
• CCTV/surveillance maintenance experience
