Job summary

Bajaj seeks a Technical Analyst - EUC in Nasik to provide desktop support and end-user computing services. You will manage Windows 10/11 endpoints, install printers and scanners, handle LAN/WAN connectivity, and administer backup and security tasks while adhering to SLA.

The role requires hands-on experience with Remote Desktop, VNC, MS Office/O365, VPN troubleshooting, and ticketing workflows. You’ll work a 9:00–18:00 shift, six days a week, with Saturday off and Sunday work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoints and end-user computing.
• Experience with LAN/WAN and network printer setups.
• Proficient in MS Office/O365 and remote access tools.
• Ticketing and SLA adherence; handling P1/P2/P3 tickets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models, Configuration and troubleshooting of MS-Outlook Clients.
• Providing solutions for problems with network printers, network connectivity, and hardware and software problems.
• Take over all ownership of all user calls logged and ensuring resolution of calls within SLA.
