Job summary

Progressive Techserve is seeking a Technical Analyst - EUC to support Bajaj Prabhadevi in Mumbai. The role focuses on desktop support for Windows clients, printer and scanner installations, and remote assistance to resolve SLA-bound tickets.

You will manage LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN issues, backups, and software installs, while ensuring security and timely resolution of P1, P2, and P3 incidents. This on-site role requires proactive problem solving and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting.
• Experience installing and configuring printers and scanners.
• Familiar with LAN/WAN and VPN troubleshooting.
• Proficient in remote desktop and remote assistance for end users.
• Ability to manage tickets and meet SLA timelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle P1, P2, and P3 tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Create and manage user tickets and own their resolution within SLA.
• Install/upgrade hardware and software, printers, scanners, and backups.
• Troubleshoot VPN, network connectivity, and remote login issues.
• Provide on-site and remote support for desktop systems and MS Office.

• Install and upgrade of all Hardware and Software’s,
• Laptops formatting and also drivers and software installations, Network media connections [modems, routers, switches]
• Installing additional software tools, service packs and others,
• Configuring and Troubleshooting the Network Printer Issues.
• Achieved 95% accuracy in resolving user tickets and reduced service restoration time by 45%.
• Proficiently handle P1, P2, and P3 tickets, consistently meeting SLA deadlines for timely resolution.
• Knowledge on Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models, Configuration and troubleshooting of MS-Outlook Clients.
• Providing solutions for problems with network printers, network connectivity, and hardware and software problems.
• Take over all ownership of all user calls logged and ensuring resolution of calls within SLA.
• Remote Server Administration through VNC, Remote Desktop Connection , Bit Locker , Mapping of n/w drive.
