• Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory.
• Configure and support Outlook, Teams, VPN, and remote access tools.
• Perform system upgrades, software installations, and security patching.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
