Job summary

Progressive Techserve in Vadodara, India is seeking an IT support specialist to provide desktop technical assistance via phone, ticketing, email and chat. You will coordinate with engineers and users, deliver desk-side and remote assistance, and monitor customer satisfaction.

Candidates should be proficient in Windows, Outlook, AD, DNS, DHCP, hardware and network support, OS troubleshooting and configuration, and possess strong communication and technical skills.

Qualifications
