Job summary

TeamLease is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer – L1 to provide first-level support for end users in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, ensuring desktop, hardware, software and network issues are resolved quickly.

The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience, immediate joining or short notice, and comfort working from Airoli. You will troubleshoot Windows, hardware, networks and MS Office, and coordinate with L2 teams as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support.
• Immediate joiner or short notice preferred.
• Based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 desktop and end-user support via phone, email, and onsite.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktop/laptop, printer and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot software/applications.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP connectivity issues.
• Handle user accounts and password resets.
• Coordinate with L2 teams when required.
• Log, update and close incidents within SLA.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 desktop and end-user support through phone, email and onsite assistance.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktop/laptop, printer and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot software and applications.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP and network connectivity issues.
• Handle user account, password reset and access-related issues.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and coordinate with L2 teams when required.
• Log, update and close incidents and service requests within defined SLA.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to users.
