Job summary

Inspirisys in Chennai is seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for end-users, addressing hardware and software issues with a focus on reliability.

You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals; perform OS installations and Outlook configurations; use ticketing tools; and collaborate to resolve escalations while troubleshooting complex problems.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in field desktop engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in installing/configuring operating systems (OS), including Windows installation.
• Experience with printer troubleshooting and maintenance.
