Job summary

Corporate Infotech (CIPL) in Delhi is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide L1/L2 helpdesk support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and network issues, install and configure Windows operating systems and business apps, manage user accounts, password resets and keep IT assets and documentation up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS and network-related issues.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Perform system setup, configuration, software installation and troubleshooting.
• Handle user issues related to MS Office, Outlook, Teams and other standard applications.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP and basic connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, password resets and access-related issues.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory and documentation.
