Job summary

Inspirisys in Bhopal is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with 1+ year of experience to provide frontline IT support to end-users. The role involves installing, configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals, plus basic LAN/WiFi troubleshooting.

You will handle multiple tickets, communicate effectively with users, and adhere to IT policies and service management processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated or Diploma in Computer Engg. or related field
• 1+ year of Desktop support engg. experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktops and laptops
• L1 level trouble shooting of printers/scanners
• Basic understanding of network concepts
• Ability to manage multiple support requests

Responsibilities

• Provide Desktop Support to End-Users
