Job summary

Inspirisys in Ludhiana seeks a Desktop Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join the IT team. The role focuses on hands-on desktop support for end-users and hardware peripherals.

Responsibilities include installing/configuring desktops, laptops, printers and scanners, plus basic LAN/WiFi troubleshooting and adherence to IT policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Computer Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in desktop support engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktops and laptops.
• L1 level troubleshooting of printers/scanners.
• Basic understanding of network concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end-users.
