Job summary

CMS It Services in Indore is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with 1+ year of hands-on experience to provide end-user technical support, diagnose hardware and software issues, and keep IT operations running smoothly.

You will install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, manage user accounts, assist with Office 365, and log incidents within SLAs while coordinating with IT teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on desktop support experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, and peripherals.
• Experience with Windows installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic user/account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 desktop and technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and peripheral-related issues.
