Job summary

Puthur Infotech in Gujarat is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our on-site IT team in Jolva, Halol, or Ahmedabad. You will provide frontline end-user support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth operation of Windows 10/11 desktops.

Responsibilities include configuring MS Office apps, Outlook and Teams, basic LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP, and some Active Directory tasks. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications
