• Configure Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Support Active Directory user management.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and Wi‑Fi issues.
• Support IP phones and video conferencing systems.
• Perform hardware upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty and hardware replacements.
• Support antivirus, endpoint security, and patch management.
• Handle user tickets within SLA.
