Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 desktop and technical support to end users.

• Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems, applications and peripherals.
• Resolve issues related to printers, network connectivity, email and other IT peripherals.
• Handle incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for escalated issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and end‑user support.
