Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Delivery Engineer / Desktop Support Field Engineer (L1) to provide onsite IT support at client locations across Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring IT equipment, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

This role requires regular travel to client locations, strong troubleshooting abilities, good communication skills, and a professional approach while interacting with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
• Perform installation, configuration, and replacement of desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals.
• Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end-users.
• Install and configure Microsoft 365 applications and other office automation tools.
• Provide basic support for antivirus tools and endpoint security solutions.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
• Perform basic checks and troubleshooting related to servers, switches, and routers.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
• Maintain records of service requests, incidents, and work completed.
• Ensure timely resolution of user issues while maintaining professional service standards.
• Travel to client locations as required for onsite support and service delivery.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Field Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Experience in installation and configuration of IT hardware and peripherals.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and office productivity tools.
• Knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security tools.
• Basic understanding of Servers, Switches, and Routers.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal communication and professional conduct.
• Comfortable with travelling to multiple client locations.
• Ability to work independently and manage field support assignments effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Any Graduate.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA

Salary hike will be based on the candidate's current CTC and experience, with up to approximately 25% hike considered.
