Job summary

Skillmine Technology Consulting is seeking a Desktop Engineer in Kolkata to provide L2 support for Windows, hardware, peripherals, LAN/VPN, Active Directory, and ITSM tickets. You will handle user onboarding, IMAC, asset management, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced IT environment.

The ideal candidate has relevant UG qualifications and hands-on experience across desktop support and IT infrastructure, with strong AD and ticketing skills.

Qualifications

• UG degrees in arts, computer applications, engineering or diploma.
• Engineering or technical qualifications preferred for desktop support roles.
• Knowledge across Windows desktop environments and AD is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 desktop support for Windows, hardware and peripherals.
• Manage LAN/VPN, Active Directory, and ITSM tickets.
