Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Active Directory user administration.
• Experience in printer installation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with remote support tools.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage multiple support requests effectively.
