Skillmine Technology is seeking a Technical Support Engineer L2 in Gurgaon to handle complex desktop issues, Windows/O365 administration, AD, hardware repair, and network connectivity. You will coordinate with OEMs, manage ITSM incident lifecycle, and perform IMAC and asset management tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication. On-site work in Gurgaon with occasional cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in desktop support and IT operations.
Strong proficiency in Windows, O365, AD, and IT hardware.
Experience with LAN/VPN, printers, ITSM and asset management.
