Asian Paints in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive territory sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for achieving targets, mapping potential markets, and leading sales and marketing activities to close major orders.

You will assign targets to team members, identify new customers like dealers, architects, and designers, and conduct meets to communicate about products and drive sales.

• Generating and driving sales & revenue from the territory
• Achieving sales targets and mapping potential market
• Responsible for all sales & marketing activities, all major order finalizations, growth of the business
• Assigning sales & other functional targets to team members and ensuring compliance by motivating and training the team
• Identifying & development of new customers/ dealers from different industry segments
• Conducting dealers meet, architects meet & carpenters meet to communicate about products and drive sales
• Market study & research, competition benchmarking on an ongoing basis
• Building relations with external customers like dealers, distributors, and architects & designers
• Generating and monitoring ROI for all the dealers
