Job summary

Rhenus Logistics is seeking a skilled logistics professional to coordinate customer and overseas activities, arrange carrier bookings, track containers, and manage shipments end-to-end. The role requires 6–8 years in freight forwarding and strong knowledge of ocean operations.

You will handle escalations, ensure timely DO release and DSR updates, and perform monthly MIS closings with accounts. RA1 experience preferred. Based in Gurugram, India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of ocean operations and shipment lifecycle.
