Roles & Responsibilities

• To collate data of trees to be planted in all projects across Regions/Zones.
• To follow up with landscape design, costing & budgeting as well as Contracts & Procurement department to get required data to initiate Tree LRP Nursery for each project as per schedule.
• To review tree list and do amendment in it, if required; received from Landscape design team and share to Contracts and Procurement team ensuring budget provision for set up of Tree Nursery.
• To share horticulture technical inputs for Tree LRP tender document.
• To help Contracts & Procurement to source Tree Nursery Vendors and assisting in finalizing the contract.
• To visit all Tree LRP Nurseries under development on regular basis and monitoring/tracking its progress.
• To do audits and prepare progress reports & update data in related Apps as well as to higher management.
