Key Responsibilities
Assist the architectural and engineering teams in integrating façade design into overall project design.
Coordinate façade design activities between HO, zonal façade teams, consultants, and vendors.
Track façade design deliverables, submissions, and approvals using standardized trackers.
Review façade drawings, details, and material submissions for compliance with project specifications and standards.
Maintain communication and follow‑up with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely submission of shop drawings, material approvals, and mock‑ups.
Prepare façade design review notes, action trackers, and consolidated status reports.
Support procurement in technical clarifications and vendor evaluations.
Assist in organizing and documenting design review meetings, mock‑up inspections, and factory visits.
Provide guidance to zonal façade design teams in line with corporate façade design policy.
