Position Requirements
- Feasibility Study before the Deal is Signed
- Conduct feasibility studies for optimum FSI exploitation and statutory approvals
- Coordinate with Business Development to support decision-making with regulatory inputs
- Coordination and Relationship Management with Liaison Architect
- Shortlist liaison architects based on past performance and project requirements
- Negotiate terms, timelines, and payments with liaison architects
- Draft agreements and ensure timely certification of bills and payments
- Support the design team with regulatory inputs for schematic layouts and final building plans
- Budgeting and Planning for Approvals and Certificates
- Prepare budgets for obtaining necessary approvals before project commencement
- Provide inputs to costing and budgeting teams for approvals‑related expenses
- Develop approval plans and integrate them into project planning
- Ensuring Timely Approvals and Certificates
- Monitor adherence to approval budgets and timelines
- Apply for and obtain commencement certificates at various project stages
- Maintain documentation required for approvals
- Coordinate with liaison architects for municipal and statutory approvals
- Review and approve plans for submission
- Manage applications for environmental and other clearances, attend technical reviews, hearings, and secure final approvals
- Liaison with Regulatory Bodies
- Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies for updates on new norms and compliance
Requirements

- Management Responsibilities
- Regularly update management and JV partners on approvals and timelines
- Maintain project history related to approvals and liaison activities
