Khazana Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a seasoned HR Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate-office departments. You will drive end-to-end hiring, conduct reference checks, and coordinate joining and onboarding to ensure seamless talent intake.

You will also manage internal hiring, referrals, candidate experience, and employer branding while ensuring compliance and robust recruitment analytics. MBA HR/MSW with 6–8 years of non-IT TA experience is preferred.

Formación

• MBA- HR or MSW qualification is preferred.
• 6–8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-IT).
• Experience in corporate-office recruitment and manpower planning.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned corporate-office departments.
• Conduct reference and background verifications.
• Coordinate joining and onboarding processes.

Role purpose:

To manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned corporate-office departments and ensure the timely hiring of competent, trustworthy and culturally suitable employees within the approved manpower

plan, grade, salary structure and recruitment budget.
