Khazana Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai seeks an experienced HR recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate-office departments, ensuring timely hiring within the approved manpower plan and salary structure.

You will coordinate joining and onboarding, handle internal hiring and employee referrals, and drive candidate experience and employer branding while maintaining recruitment compliance and analytics for ongoing improvement.

Formación

• 6–8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in talent acquisition (non-IT).
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder management.
• Experience with background verification and onboarding processes.

To manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned corporate-office departments and ensure the timely hiring of competent, trustworthy and culturally suitable employees within the approved manpower plan, grade, salary structure and recruitment budget.

Preferred candidate profile:
