Job summary

Demand Nexus in Kharadi, Pune is seeking a motivated Demand Generation Executive to identify B2B prospects, generate qualified leads, and support outbound campaigns. The role includes cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and CRM-driven lead management.

You will work onsite in Kharadi, Pune, on night shifts, with 0–3 years of relevant experience required; immediate joiners are preferred and you will coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and campaign targets.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in demand generation or B2B lead generation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and outreach.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach and online research.
• Comfortable working on-site in Kharadi, Pune and in night shift.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research target markets, industries, companies, and key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and online research.
• Conduct cold calls to connect with prospective clients and identify business opportunities.
• Execute demand generation and prospect outreach activities.
• Identify and engage relevant decision-makers within target organizations.
• Understand prospect requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and lead nurturing activities.

• Maintain accurate lead, prospect, and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead handover.
• Work toward assigned calling, lead generation, appointment-setting, and campaign targets.

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Demand Generation Executive to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B prospects, generating qualified leads, conducting cold calling and outreach activities, and supporting demand generation campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and an understanding of B2B lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and online research.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in Demand Generation, B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Appointment Generation is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience or understanding of B2B cold calling and prospecting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Kharadi, Pune.
• Must be comfortable working in a night shift.
• Candidates should be able to manage their own transportation, as cab facilities are not provided.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Note: We are looking for candidates with 0-3 years of relevant experience only. Candidates with more than 3 years of experience will not be considered for this role.
