Job summary

Netpace Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a high-performing IT recruitment team focused on India Domestic Staffing.

You will drive end-to-end delivery from sourcing to closure, manage client requirements, coach recruiters, and maintain MIS and dashboards to track submissions, interviews, and closures.

Qualifications

• Experience in India Domestic IT Recruitment/Staffing.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ recruiters.
• Able to work on multiple clienteles and manage multiple positions.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Hands-on approach with strong ownership of delivery.
