What we’re looking for

• Background of up to 3 or more years in customer support, customer experience, operations or equivalent work
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both spoken and written English
• Comfort engaging with customers via phone conversations and responding to text-based messages
• Quick thinking and methodical approach to troubleshooting customer problems
• Meticulous attention to detail when documenting issues and solutions
• Patience and emotional intelligence when dealing with frustrated or upset customers
• Readiness to work according to business needs, which may include evening and weekend hours
• Fluency in English and Hindi required; Kannada proficiency is valued but not required
