Job summary
Jdkn Ananta Anugraha Foundation in Navi Mumbai is seeking a customer support associate to handle inbound international voice and chat queries for telecom customers from our office in Vikhroli.
The role requires 1 year of international voice/chat experience, excellent English, and strong customer service and problem solving skills. Candidate must be willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts.
CTC ranges from 4.5 to 6.5 LPA with cab facility and training opportunities.
Qualifications
- HSC or Graduate
