Job summary

TP is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle inquiries via email and chat, resolve issues, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role requires empathetic, patient, and professional interactions with customers.

You will work in rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with basic MS Office skills. Training will be provided to escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
