Job summary

Genxlead in Chennai (Vanagaram) is seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide email & chat support, and drive sales/lead conversion targets. The ideal candidate is a graduate with excellent English and Hindi communication, basic MS Excel/CRM skills, and a customer-first mindset.

This on-site role requires strong problem-solving and timely resolutions, with focus on CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with good communication in English and Hindi.
• Experience in BPO/Call Centre or Customer Support is preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and CRM.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
