Job summary

Deshroot Global Llp is seeking a customer support professional in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh to manage queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, and to resolve order, payment, and delivery issues. You will coordinate with vendors and track returns and refunds, ensuring accurate CRM updates and a superior customer experience.
