Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
• - Providing support and assistance to customers in their native language
• - Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
• - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• - Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
• - Staying updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
• - Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets set by the company
• - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• - Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred

Shifts

• -For Male 24*7 (Last shift 4 pm to 1 am) for Females 6 am to 8 pm (Any 9 hours window) No transport during odd hours shifts
