Job summary

Quagmire IT Services LLP in Noida invites a Graduate Customer Care Executive fluent in Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali or Marathi and Hindi to join our team. You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in customers' native languages, ensuring clear communication and timely support.

You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, prior customer service experience is preferred, and you must be prepared for rotational shifts, weekends and holidays as required by operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for a GraduateCustomer Care Executive who is fluent in a regional language of Punjabi , Gujarati, Bengali & Marathi alongwith common language of HINDIto join our client's Team atNOIDA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support in their native language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing support and assistance to customers in their native language
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
• Staying updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets set by the company
