Job summary

LTM in India is hiring a Customer Support Associate to join a 24x7 international service operation, based in Hebbal Bangalore and Hyderabad Metro. The role requires a bachelor's degree and strong English communication to handle inquiries across channels.

You will learn products, follow SOPs, own issues, and strive for high customer satisfaction while working five days a week on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Prefer non-engineering domain.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Excellent command in English and clear articulation.
• Build expert knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Resolve customer issues by following SOPs with best solutions.

• 1–3 years experience as a Customer Support Specialist preferred.
