Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls from international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions within defined timelines.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly and accurately.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations with professionalism.
• Meet and maintain individual and team performance metrics, including quality standards, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of complex customer issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company processes and compliance standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 3.5 LPA 6 LPA (based on experience)
• Work Schedule: 5 Days Working / 2 Days off
• Shifts: UK Shift / US Shift
• Age Criteria: Candidates up to 38 years are preferred. However, applicants up to 40 years may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional English communication skills.
