Job summary

Eon Infotech Ltd. in Chandigarh is seeking an Operations Executive to lead our field operations, supervise the Customer Service Field Team and Support Technicians, and ensure smooth service delivery for GPS/VTS deployments and related systems.

You will professionally handle customer calls, resolve complaints, coordinate with clients, the production team and management; monitor Vehicle Tracking System dashboards, MIS and web apps; plan replacements and maintenance, conduct VTS training sessions,

• Conduct customer training sessions on VTS operations and report generation
• Perform GPS data analysis
• Update information systems and maintain accurate records
• Report progress and status updates to both customers and internal teams
• Assist with other VTS-related activities as required by the client
