Rico in Mumbai is seeking a Customer Care Executive to handle inquiries and support customers with clear English communication.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails via Gmail, and use Excel (VLOOKUP) to upload data. Strong typing (27 WPM) and ability to convert leads into sales are valued. 1–3 years call center experience preferred.
