Job summary

Prolific Hr Consultants in Kolkata is seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound calls, respond to queries about shipments, deliveries, tracking, and courier services. The role focuses on accurate status updates and professional issue resolution.

Freshers with excellent communication may be considered; Bengali knowledge is a plus. Day shifts with Sunday off, and immediate joining preferred for candidates willing to work from the Kolkata office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered if eligible.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; Bengali proficiency will be an advantage.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
• Willingness to work from the Kolkata office.
• Comfortable working in a day shift with a fixed Sunday weekly off.
• Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be preferred.
