Job summary

Prometo Consulting in Chennai is seeking a Customer Service Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage customer interactions, process orders and coordinate with internal teams.

You will handle RFQs, prepare quotations with internal teams, receive purchase orders, track deliveries and support timely payment collections.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is an advantage and will help maintain smooth customer relationships and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.

Responsibilities
