Job summary

Prometo Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a customer order specialist in Chennai to manage customer interactions, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams for timely quotations and deliveries.

The role involves RFQ handling, payment follow-ups, and ERP system coordination to support audit documentation and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP systems (SAP or similar) is an advantage.
• Handling RFQs, coordinating with internal teams, tracking deliveries, ensuring timely payment collection, and supporting audit documentation while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries including RFQ and provide timely responses
• Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with internal teams
• Receive and process Purchase Orders from customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Planning, logistics) to obtain delivery schedules
• Follow up with customers for GRN confirmation
• Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely receipt of payments
