Job summary

Live Connections in Chennai seeks an Assistant Manager / Manager Sales with 5–10 years in Automotive Electronics Sales. The role focus is on new business development, OEM/Tier-1 relationships, and RFQ management for SMT/PBA/PCB Assembly services.

You will promote EV power electronics and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements. The position requires strong negotiation, CBD/margin analysis, and strategic account planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE/EEE/Mechanical Engineering required.
• MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage.
• 5–10 years of experience in Automotive Electronics Sales with exposure to OEMs/Tier-1.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and new customer acquisition.
• Manage key accounts across Automotive OEMs & Tier-1 suppliers.
• Handle end-to-end RFQ, costing, quotation & commercial negotiations.
• Develop business for SMT / PBA / PCB Assembly & manufacturing services.
• Promote EV Power Electronics, ICCU & power management products.
• Track market trends, competitor pricing & customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts and demand projections.
• Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Quality & Production teams.
• Manage customer requirements, ECR/ECN and quality expectations.
• Build strong relationships with Purchasing, R&D, Engineering & Supply Chain teams.
