Job summary

Toyota Material Handling India is seeking an Engineer to be stationed at Bangalore, Karnataka, to handle service duties on customer sites. The role requires hands-on experience with MHE/industrial equipment and travel within the territory.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile/Mechatronics and 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage parts and service business for the assigned area/customers.
• Keep Territory Service Manager updated on critical customer issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for assigned area/customers.

Responsibilities

• The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site in MHE / Industrial Equipment / Automotive / Construction & Mining Equipment.
• Must be able to resolve Technical issues in Mechanical, Electrics and Hydraulics troubleshooting at Customer site in the defined target time.
• Must be able to Generate & manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base.
• Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer.
• Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base.

Qualifications

• Essential Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile / Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience : 3-5 Years post Qualification
