Job summary

Talent Seed Hr Services is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to work at customer sites in MHE, industrial equipment, automotive, construction and mining gear. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues and service equipment on-site.

You will generate and manage parts and service business in the assigned area, keep the Territory Service Manager updated on critical customer issues, and report progress daily or weekly. A valid 2-wheeler license is required.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site in MHE / Industrial Equipment / Automotive / Construction & Mining Equipment
• Must be able to resolve technical issues in Mechanical, Electrics and Hydraulics troubleshooting at Customer site in the defined target time.
• Must be able to Generate & manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base
• Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer
• Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base
