Job summary

HOMAG India Private Limited in Delhi seeks a Service Engineer to handle on-site installation, validation and commissioning of CNC machines. You will troubleshoot, repair, and train customers at their site, coordinating with Sales, Service and Product teams.

Requires 2.5–5 years in CNC service, a Diploma in Mechanical, and fluent English/Hindi. MS Office proficiency and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical is required.
• 2.5–5 years of experience in service and maintenance of CNC machines (machine tool industry preferred).
• Fluent in English and Hindi, good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of CNC machines.
• Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
• Provide technical support to customers at their location.
• Provide on-site training to customers.
• Interface with cross-functional teams (field applications, customer support, product management, manufacturing, sales).
• Create and maintain service information in the CRM.
• Submit AMC quotes and collect orders.
• Plan AMC and preventive maintenance activities.
